Press-On Nails Warranty

Our press-on nails are considered disposable or semi-permanent beauty products. In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we cover such faults or damages that occur during transit. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your press-on nails, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order information and a detailed description of the issue (include photos), and we will promptly resolve the matter by offering a replacement or refund in accordance.

Jewellery Warranty

Our jewellery pieces are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality. We offer a one-year warranty on manufacturing faults for our jewellery items. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur within one year from the date of purchase. 

  • Replacement for Manufacturing Faults: If you receive a product with manufacturing faults, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. We will assess the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, provide a replacement for the faulty item. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.
  • Equal or Lesser Value Product: In the event that the exact product is no longer available or cannot be replaced due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer you the option to choose an equal value or lesser value product from our collection. We want to ensure that you can continue to enjoy our jewellery without inconvenience.

Jewellery Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear: Please note that our warranties do not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches, colour fading, or natural tarnishing.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications: Any unauthorized repairs or modifications performed on our products will void the warranty.
  • Loss or theft: Our warranties do not cover loss or theft of the product.
